We at ChiefMax are committed to our items' quality and to our customer's satisfaction. We offer a one year warranty on all of our power supply products from the date of purchase. The warranty shall not apply if the item is modified, misused, tampered with, subjected to abnormal working conditions, or transferred to someone other than the original consumer purchaser.Request an RMA
To return an item for warranty service, you must request a return material authorization (RMA) number. All RMA requests without RMA numbers will not be processed. Please fill out our on-line RMA form, and our representatives will e-mail you instructions on how to return your item. Failure to fill out the RMA form completely will cause a delay in RMA processing.
